Ingredients
- 45 ml Taizi Baijiu
- 15 ml blue curaçao
- 15 ml strawberry liqueur
- 100 ml lemonade
- 10 ml simple syrup (optional, for balance)
- Ice
Preparation
- Add Taizi baijiu, blue curaçao, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup (if using) to a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake firmly for 10–12 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Serving Suggestions
Serve in a chilled coupe or martini glass. No ice. Garnish minimally with a thin lemon twist, expressed and discarded or rested lightly on the rim.
