2015 - 2019 Global Exhibition – Sharing the Crown Prince with the World
In 2015, Sam joined the Christchurch Mayoral Delegation led by Mayor Lianne Dalziel on a three-week journey across eight cities in China. Representing both Taizi and Christchurch, Sam shared a story that bridged two worlds through craftsmanship, culture, and connection. His presence at the 3rd New Zealand–China Mayoral Forum marked a proud moment where Taizi stood as a symbol of innovation born from heritage.
During this period, international recognition followed. In “300 Shots of Baijiu,” Texan writer and baijiu enthusiast Derek Sandhaus documented Taizi as the first baijiu ever made in the Western world. Soon after, Tomy from Hong Kong featured Taizi in his book “Baijiu: The Rising Trend,” further cementing its place in global spirits history.
From diplomatic stages to literary pages, 2015 to 2019 marked the years Taizi began to shine as the Crown Prince of global baijiu.
